Spring Farm

Spring Farm is a fast-growing suburb of Sydney in New South Wales. The masterplanned housing estate is quickly becoming home to people looking for affordable housing near Camden with all the amenities growing families need. When complete, the Spring Farm development will have 762 lots (plus future 180 lots), and an integrated town center.

We were engaged by the developer to provide a range of disciplines that consisted of all project management, planning, and some superintendency works. Key deliverables? A major water quality basin, bush corridors, and estate major works consisting of 1.6 kilometres of a four-lane road and 1.2 kilometres of two-lane road. We provided project management across all aspects of the subdivision, and we were also responsible for managing liaison with council and other authorities in procuring and getting sign-off on documentation. Our civil engineering team focused on relocating and undergrounding existing high voltage lines, the design and construction of a two-cell Bebo bridge arch bridge, and the design and construction of a major sewer lead-in works.

The Spring Farm subdivision is well and truly underway with a growing community flourishing in their new surrounds.
