Sydney International Convention, Exhibition, and Entertainment Precinct

The Sydney International Convention, Exhibition, and Entertainment Precinct (SICEEP) development is located within Darling Harbour, a 60-hectare waterfront precinct on the southwestern edge of the Sydney central business district (CBD). It provides a place for recreational, tourist, entertainment, and business functions—and now, a place to call home.

Located within the southwest development plot of the Haymarket neighbourhood, this project is comprised of a new mixed-use residential complex, including a podium building with components of retail and car park together with three towers (SW1, SW2 and SW 3) to be erected afterwards. Our team was engaged to produce full detailed design documentation for hydraulic, fire protection and mechanical services. Our engagement was extended through to the defects warranty period, providing monthly reports and inspections during the construction phase, and we also served as the lead coordination consultant for a full Revit design.

With the project completed in 2019, the development now provides high class residential accommodation and amenities for people within the CBD.
