Performance analysis gives new life to older buildings

We provided performance analysis for the thermal and structural redesign of Monash University Clayton’s Building 17, a five-decade old academic building currently being used by the Biology Department. Through these efforts, we achieved a 39 percent reduction in solar gain, 24 percent reduction heating and cooling load, and 17 percent increase natural daylighting. Read More
