Stantec sponsors Indigenous-led Design Fellowship Program

Stantec is a sponsor of the Canadian Centre of Architecture 2026 Indigenous-led Design Fellowship. Each year, the program awards two fellowships to Indigenous designers undertaking projects that expand the scope and definitions of Indigenous design.

These projects will be primarily relevant for members of the designers’ own communities but may also help reorient the design world at large toward ideals of Indigenous-led architectural practice. The fellowship can support further research, site documentation, and/or the consultation process around an active or speculative project.
