Welcome to Taipei

We’ve served Taiwan since 1991. In 2017, we relocated to Taipei’s Hung Kuo Building. The centrally located building is near the airport, MRT station, and many of our clients. The building's design around the Chinese principle of “the circle of life” inspires our more than 180 local employees and complements our focus on community and environment.

We provide central and local governments, state-owned enterprises, and private clients with support for water and wastewater, pipelines and networks, soil and groundwater, and water resources. We also offer information and management consulting for the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), Water Resources Agency (WRA), Industrial Development Bureau (IDB), environmental protection bureaus, water and utility departments, and state-owned enterprises like Taiwan Water, Taiwan Power, and Taiwan Sugar.

From feasibility, investigations and assessments, and modelling through to planning, design, construction supervision, operations management, management consulting, and remedial construction, we put people and community first. One example is the gravel contacted oxidation process (GCOP) technology we introduced from Japan, innovated upon, and localized. We recently used GCOP to help purify river water in an urban area. The underground facility uses natural gravel to remove carbon, ammonia, and other contaminants. This allowed our client to use the above-ground space for parks, sports fields, and parking. It’s an impressive sight, and we added an observation gallery for educational visits so others can watch the process in action.
