With over 25 years of technical experience in hydraulic and water quality modeling, as well as master planning of potable water and wastewater infrastructure, Kevin oversees the development of hydraulic models to evaluate and support the design of critical water distribution infrastructure. This includes storage facilities, booster pumping stations, and large-diameter transmission lines. His proficiency extends to supervising the development and calibration of transient hydraulic models, which help to assess and mitigate water hammer conditions in pumping stations and pressurized pipes.

Kevin currently serves as a discipline lead for our North American Potable Water Systems team. He is also a senior project manager for a diverse range of projects, from planning and analysis to design and construction. He collaborates with developers, municipalities and cities, and federal agencies across Canada and the United States.

Frequently consulted on matters related to potable water infrastructure planning, Kevin considers himself a problem solver. He leverages his extensive experience with various modeling software and his deep understanding of water distribution systems to provide specialized services across our offices.
