Jay specializes in retail and commercial development programs for corporate clients and has managed programs and projects across the retail spectrum including national retailers, restaurant chains, rental car companies, utilities companies, and financial institutions. Development programs for restaurant design and multi-site retail are demanding projects. His experience, commitment, and vision ensure that his clients consistently deliver on their brand experience at every location.
One of his most rewarding projects was managing the McDonald’s Canada Destination 2012 program. Working with multiple Stantec offices, Jay and his team leveraged many of our resources to deliver over 400 projects in three years across Canada. As account manager for McDonald’s, Jay also oversees design and program management services for their development program in the United States. Other clients include iFLY, Autonation, and Walgreens.
