Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, specializing in highway planning and preliminary design, and traffic engineering. He has participated in many public consultation programs, and his honest and direct approach in dealing with citizens’ concerns has earned him an excellent reputation as a communicator.
Tim is always trying to find the best solution to problems that minimize the overall impact of the project. To this extent, he has recently completed the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure’s (ISI) Envision™ Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) program that provides a basis to evaluate and rate the community, environmental, and economic benefits for all infrastructure projects, including highways.
