This has included environmental regulations and management practices associated with petroleum hydrocarbon and other contaminant releases to soil, groundwater, and the atmosphere.
Whether miniscule contaminants in soil samples or careful calculations in project budgets, it’s the details in which Damon finds excitement—that’s what has made him a successful geologist and project manager. In his current role as operations lead, paying attention to detail is critical in making sure our teams have the resources they need to be successful. This skill allows Damon to develop realistic and honest assessments leading to successful project delivery and meaningful employee engagement.
