Tom Fidler

The thing Tom enjoys most about working within the transportation industry is the fact that the work engineers do affects everyone’s daily lives. Tom’s expertise is in urban and rural roadway design, interchange design, geometric analysis, modern roundabout analysis and design, traffic signal design, and trail design. One of the only engineers certified by MnDOT and WisDOT for design and peer review of multi-lane roundabouts, Tom has designed or overseen design of more than 180 roundabouts that are in various stages of development, including 50 in operation.
