Tony is responsible for overseeing the assessment, inventory, maintenance, documentation, and support of technology licensure for all disciplines within our Buildings group. He works with IT, our Practice Technology Services group, Digital Practice, and the Buildings group’s leadership to organize, influence, and advance their use of technology. For the majority of his 24-year career, Tony has specialized in architecting federated and virtual network infrastructures, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, and the development of network security best practices. He’s also recently managed a number of acquisitions for our IT department.
Over the last year, Tony’s been working on the integration of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies into the Greenlight Sleep Improvement program. Basically, using a combination of active and passive data collection technologies and controllable light sources, the program creates a more restful environment in something like a hotel room, helping to more quickly restore a guest’s circadian rhythms.
When he isn’t implementing the latest technological idea, Tony’s probably spending time with his family, volunteering, or learning something new. Recently, that’s been renovations, wood working, and scuba diving.
