As the regional business leader for Community Development in our North Central Region, Heidi is responsible for delivering excellent work and innovative design solutions to our clients. She helps organize and dedicate high performing teams that become trusted partners to our clients and advance the quality of life in the communities we serve.
Heidi has a broad range of experience in both engineering and construction project management as well as public works operations and administration. She’s a critical thinker and problem solver who likes to work on complex issues that address important challenges, and she has extensive experience working in municipal government and working with county, state, and federal agencies. Heidi enjoys leading teams to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders so they arrive at solutions that leverage a variety of expertise.
When she isn't at work, Heidi is active outside: running, biking, cross-country skiing, and gardening—depending on the season.
