Patrick’s areas of technical expertise include dam, reservoir, and hydropower project physical layout formulation, pumped storage hydropower planning, alternatives evaluation, water resources system modeling, application of mathematical optimization and decision support systems, economic and financial analyses, study management, quality control, and quality assurance.
Over his 38 years of experience, Patrick has undertaken hydropower planning studies in six continents and performed pumped storage planning studies in four.
