Melissa loves building relationships with clients and solving challenges for them. Her approach—regular communications with clients, co-workers, and consultants—informs her success. Melissa finds that the hospitality and education sectors offer great opportunity for creative freedom, as clients often want a space that is unique and stands out. “The Ramada Hotel was an amazing project; such a great client!” she says.
An avid cycler and runner, Melissa favours Wascana Park on weekend, and has raised funds for various road races to support organizations such as the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Arthritis Society.
