Bob is a graduate of Villanova University and a certified public accountant. He’s been employed by Stantec and its predecessor companies for 30 years, and over that period, he’s been engaged in accounting, finance, corporate operations, sales and marketing, real estate development, and project management.
For the past 10 years, Bob has been a project director in what is now Stantec’s project delivery office. In that time, he’s worked primarily with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). It’s a program that reimburses grantees for their outlay of construction dollars. Bob monitors projects that have received State grants and reports on the project’s compliance with RACP requirements.
“The most rewarding part of my job is helping our grantees navigate complex RACP requirements and receive their grant funds,” says Bob. He’s worked on over 100 construction projects for RACP, producing approximately 240 reports, and in the State of Pennsylvania, he’s a recognized expert in the program. When he gets a break from work, Bob enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
