As a senior leader, Jim's role is to enhance our Community Development practice throughout the region. However, what he likes most—his “real” job—is growing communities. Jim calls on over 35 years of experience in land development, master planning, and infrastructure design to help his clients improve and achieve success.
From master-planned communities to mixed-used developments to infrastructure enhancements, Jim has lent his expertise to clients and collaborated with local to federal bodies (FEMA, transportation departments, environmental review agencies) on community-oriented projects. He has also managed diverse consulting teams on major projects in the public and private sector. And he believes in growing people; he teaches, supports, and challenges his team.
Jim serves on numerous boards, including the Downtown Dallas Board of Directors, Dallas Regional Chamber’s Board of Directors and The Real Estate Council’s Board of Directors, and enjoys golfing in his spare time.
