With over 20 years of experience in the consulting field for both private and public sectors, Stephen has been involved in a variety of water related projects. He’s a licensed professional engineer and professional survey and mapper in the State of Florida.
Stephen has extensive experience in planning, design, permitting and construction phase services for potable water, sanitary sewer, and reclaimed water pipelines, pump stations, and stormwater management systems. With a focus on conveyance projects, he has designed several miles of pressure pipelines that were installed using traditional open trenching, trenchless technology, and aerial crossings over waterways. Stephen’s projects have been part of pipeline main extensions for new development as well as pipeline replacement projects in established residential and commercial areas.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys traveling with his wife, walking his dogs, and tailgating during football season with friends.
