As our major projects lead for Central Canada, Heidi manages large, complex multi-discipline projects and alternative project delivery (APD). She most enjoys engaging with people to find team solutions and identifying change and challenges with the opportunities associated.
Heidi is responsible for the communication of clear objectives, performance management and effective project delivery, developing strategic approaches, process, and risk mitigation. She is most known for integrative project delivery such as public private partnerships (P3), construction management at risk (CMAR), design build (DB), and integrated project delivery (IPD). In any project she’s involved in, Heidi works to seamlessly integrate delivery with our clients and partners in collaborative project management solutions. She has been credited as instrumental in delivering large-scale projects by clients such as the City of Edmonton, with reference to her role on the Fort Edmonton Park enhancement.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys hiking, biking, photography, and everything outdoors.
