Stephen is a transportation safety expert who’s committed to using his more than 10 years of experience in geometrics and intelligent transportation systems to tackle safety-related issues and deliver results—especially in situations where geometric changes are not feasible.
With a doctorate in civil engineering, Stephen is passionate about discovering how emerging technology and research can positively impact design and safety. His focus with our Company? Performing safety analyses for all our transportation projects across the US Gulf region. He’s also been a member of the TRB Committee for Application of Emerging Technologies to Design and Construction.
When he isn’t playing soccer—a sport he’s loved since he was a kid—Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his kids. He also enjoys helping communities in Ghana develop infrastructure for sanitation and education. Alongside friends and community leaders, Stephen collaborates to propose source funding and provide technical expertise for new sustainable developments.
