Before joining Stantec, Brian was an owner and partner at Norfolk-Ram Group, a civil and environmental engineering consulting firm. These days, he’s a team leader for environmental engineering and consulting in our Quincy office. For him, environmental consulting is about solving problems and adding value back to the community—reusing properties that could otherwise be left by the wayside.
Recently Brian worked on the environmental assessment for a seven-mile former CSX rail bed being converted into a recreational rail trail in Holliston, Massachusetts (Brian’s own town). He and his team performed a comprehensive sampling program and prepared a report for conversion of the rail bed prior to the Town’s purchase of the property.
When he’s not leading teams or rejuvenating properties, Brian spends his free time restoring and riding vintage British motorcycles (Nortons, Royal Enfields, and Triumphs).
