A senior structural technologist, Howard has been in the design and construction industry for over 35 years. During that time, he’s developed good relationships with a wide cross-section of clients, contractors, and consultants—trust is his main priority.
Howard believes that a perfect finished product is the fruit of a healthy working relationship—an attitude that has translated into many strong relationships between himself and the people he works with. While his experience is in all areas of the construction industry, Howard he has a soft spot for health care work. One project of he was particularly passionate about was the Five Hills Health Region Regional Hospital. Using a team of diverse designers, this project pioneered a new project delivery method for healthcare projects in Canada.
Howard enjoys passing along his experience to younger co-workers—his main message is to always keep a sense of pride in all the work you produce.
