Jeff provides project management, project advice, design and contract administration services on a broad range of projects for both public and private sector clients. Jeff aims to complete all projects with an overall vision of matching the clients’ priorities with existing infrastructure opportunities and constraints, municipal priorities, budgeting considerations and development charge opportunities in an effort to deliver a win-win. He also has a strong technical background and a "hands-on" approach to the design and construction of every project.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jeff is currently the managing lead of the London urban development group.
Jeff, a father of two boys, has been a resident of London for more than 25 years. When Jeff isn’t at the office he can found checking off places one by one from the book 1000 Places to See Before You Die: A Traveler’s Life List by Patricia Schultz.
