Pat is responsible for evolving and growing all aspects of Stantec’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) culture and commitments. His people-first focus engages us to live our HSSE culture and inspires excellence in our HSSE programs, practices, and professionals around the world.
With over 30 years of project and operational experience, Pat has worked in everything from construction and field engineering to operations, design, project management, and business leadership. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and business leader for our Energy operations in Canada. No matter his job, Pat has emphasized the importance of our shared role in creating a workplace where people feel safe and secure—where they understand our shared responsibility in minimizing Stantec’s impact on the environment.
When he isn’t liaising between offices and advocating for HSSE, Pat spends his free time in the backcountry or developing new recipes for his competition BBQ team.
