Paul has more than 25 years of experience in radio frequency design and performance optimization. As our Wireless Studio manager, he leads a group of wireless consultants and designers as they work on in-building wireless communications systems. This work includes emergency responder radio coverage as well as commercial cellular networks. Paul specializes in regional interoperability technology consulting for emergency responder radio networks.
When his team’s expertise was required at a jail, his challenge was to create an in-building, distributed antenna system that was designed with extreme resiliency and physical protection in mind. Plus, it had to account for a variety of radio system users. It was a technically complex and rewarding project that needed some clever solutions.
Outside of work, you might find Paul playing soccer or following his three kids around during their activities—from sporting events to music recitals.
