As a civil engineer and project manager, Eric is involved in both large and small site development, infrastructure and utility projects throughout the Tri-State area. With over 20 years of experience in assignments for private developers, institutions, and public agencies, he is well-versed in every aspect of civil engineering, including feasibility studies, final design and contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates. With this body of work under his belt, Eric has an in-depth knowledge of agency and private utility standards, criteria and codes associated with all types of site development and infrastructure design.
Because of his diverse experience, Eric is able to approach each project with an open mind and provide unique solutions to his client’s varying needs. His end goal is to improve the quality of life for the community that he is working with, regardless of whether the project entails community development, water quality, or resiliency efforts.
