Neslihan leads our business development team where she is responsible for strategy planning to increase the company’s business in Türkiye, CIS Countries, North Africa, and the Balkans. To accomplish this, she focuses on technical assistance opportunities with IFI clients such as the European Commission, EBRD, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and the Turkish government and private clients.
Neslihan has extensive knowledge of sustainable energy and environmental sector developments in the region, which pairs perfectly with her multidisciplinary experience in the area of business development and project management of wet infrastructure, sustainable environmental management, renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. She also has a strong track record in developing consortia strategies and the management of both technical and financial aspects of proposals for high level international development projects.
