Dean's building and project management experience includes design, design management, and project management of large, multidisciplinary projects. Serving a wide variety of commercial, institutional, educational, defense, and energy and health care clients, Dean maintains a clear focus on meeting clients' needs and goals.
Dean served as project manager and principal in charge for two $120 million outlet mall projects: one in Winnipeg and one in Edmonton. He was also the design manager of the program management team for the new $585 million airport site redevelopment program at the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. Dean's diverse experience, beginning with resident engineering for a new hospital near Vancouver to the structural design of buildings from nearly every sector, to his leadership roles on the James Armstrong Richardson International Airport and Winnipeg Convention Centre projects, provides a unique perspective on project delivery and risk management.
Together with his wife and five kids, Dean loves to explore the world. He has a passion for music and playing the guitar and he thinks there are few things in life better than a well-crafted latte.
