In his current role as Country Leader, New Zealand and Advisory Services Leader, Australia and New Zealand, Roger practises diagnostic and dialogic approaches to organisational development and change.

During Roger's time as Business Director for our consulting operations in Qatar, he worked closely with the Public Works Authority—Ashghal—as they implemented the Qatar National Vision 2030 and prepared for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Roger holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a doctorate from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
