Known for his collaborative attitude, Kevin is a senior environmental transportation planner who has spent his career managing environmental compliance and permitting for a wide variety of transportation projects.
Kevin specializes in streamlining environmental permitting and project delivery of transportation projects under the National Environmental Policy Act, the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act, U.S. Coast Guard Bridge Permits, and the Clean Water Act. In his position, he works with the State Department of Transportation and municipalities to help identify extreme weather and sea level rise risks and assess adaptation measures to improve resiliency of transportation systems. Kevin also has experience developing agency climate change adaptation goals and strategies to help ensure resilience of highway transportation systems in Massachusetts.
When he’s not at work, Kevin likes to hike in the White Mountains—no matter what season it is. He’s an avid cyclist and loves spending time with his family.
