John is a natural leader. He enjoys the challenges that come with the industry, which usually involve seeing all issues and data and resolving them into actionable tasks. He specializes in Architect‐led, single source project delivery on a range of large scale residential and adaptive reuse projects.
He has earned a number of awards for his work, including the Capital Grille restaurant and One Lincoln Park high rise apartment projects in Denver. His recent marquee projects include Coda Cherry Creek Apartments, 21st & Welton Apartments, and the Lakehouse mixed-use development.
John lends his expertise to a variety of national industry publications and has dedicated his time to furthering the profession through active service to The American Institute of Architects (AIA), where he was named a Fellow in 2009. John’s perfect day is sailing on the lake with friends and family and immersing himself in a design project at work.
