Based in our New York City office, Chris’ expertise is especially based in the design codes and guidelines for clients in the metropolitan area, such as the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Metro-North Rail Road, New York City Transit, and Long Island Railroad, for whom he helped lead condition inspections of over 900 bridge structures in their 2013-2014 inspection program.
