Employee Benefits

Live Well. Save Well. Spend Well.

We care about the health and wellness of communities—including our own.

We’ve designed competitive and flexible benefits plans and compensation programs that focus on your well-being as a Stantec employee. We continually monitor and regularly enhance these benefits plans so they remain competitive within our industry and within each country that we operate.

You have many opportunities to Live Well, Save Well, and Spend Well with our benefits package. Throughout your career, you can use our programs to make decisions about health and wellness, retirement, and company ownership.

Our culture of living well extends beyond just great health benefits. We offer a wellness program that allows you to participate in, and gain rewards for, wellness-related activities, including charitable, community-based fitness events.

We provide an overall compensation package based on performance, geography, and industry. Each year, we review and use local market and competitive data to compensate you based on your performance, skill level, experience, and role.

Health Plans
We offer you and your eligible dependents country-specific options for comprehensive health and dental care coverage so you can choose benefits that fit your needs.

Wellness Program
Through this voluntary program, you can access free information, tools, and support that will help you and your family improve your health and well-being.

Group Retirement Program
We offer country-specific group retirement plan choices, each with a wide variety of investment options (e.g., retirement savings plans with employer-matching contributions). We also have share purchase plans in Canada and the United States and a Tax-Free Savings Account plan in Canada.

Planning for your future career at Stantec begins with our focus on you and your talents, passions, and contributions to our community.
