Stantec employees choose where to direct our annual donation
At the end of each year, we give back to our communities around the globe with a donation of $100,000. What makes this initiative particularly special? Stantec employees are actively involved in the decision-making process, voting for their preferred charities and allocating the percentage of donation to a curated list of 10 organizations. This approach helps the Company align our global impact with the passions of our employees.
The $100,000 in global donations represents more than just a monetary contribution—it reflects our belief in the power of collective giving. By promoting active participation in the process, we aim to encourage a shared sense of responsibility for making a difference in the world. As the donations are distributed to the chosen nonprofits, Stantec looks forward to seeing the tangible outcomes of this collective effort. Whether it's providing education opportunities, supporting healthcare initiatives, or contributing to environmental sustainability, we’re proud to contribute to positive and lasting impacts in the communities we serve.
