We’re delighted to share that three Stantec communities have been named to The Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities of Mid-Year 2021 by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting. At #1, Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, Florida recorded 1,535 sales through June, 83% ahead of last year’s pace. Babcock Ranch also placed in the top 25, with 371 and 370 sales respectively.
