This presentation in the Stantec Water webinar series covers the fundamentals of risk analysis for dams and how owners can leverage the outcome while developing their business case for dam safety improvements. Viewers will learn from dam expert Rachel Bisnett the differences between standards-based and risk informed dam safety assessments and how risk informed decision making can help to prioritize resources (people and funding) on the most critical needs for improving the safety of a dam or a portfolio of dams.
