A community isn’t just lines on a map. It’s not a set of buildings, highways, rivers, and lakes. It’s a constellation of people, culture, and geography that come together as one. And each community has its own unique set of interconnected needs. That’s why when it comes to making an impact, we go beyond just tackling individual problems. We’re changing the entire system.
Senior project manager Nadia Vogt has community in her veins. In this video, she shares how taking care of the land and community is rooted in her personal values and history, influencing her approach to every project.
