Originally from Brazil and now based in San Diego, California, Ana Luiza Behisnelian brings the soul of a surfer and the precision of a digital innovator to her role. With seven years of surfing experience, she understands the power and fragility of water. She channels that insight into tools that help design engineers and utilities make smarter decisions.
Driven by her deep commitment to environmental impact and public health, she’s leading a PFAS pilot for a client that is facing surface water contamination. Ana is well-versed in helping clients solve challenges. She is the project manager for DecisionLogix, a proprietary digital platform. Through the tool, Ana helps evaluate project priorities for water utilities with clarity and confidence.
Whether she’s catching waves or building water engineering solutions, Ana thrives on momentum, collaboration, and the energy young professionals bring to our team. She’s not just riding the wave of water innovation—she’s shaping it.
