Keeping power reliable: A day in the life of Miraj

C M Shah Miraj knows reliable infrastructure is vital for communities to thrive. Growing up in Bangladesh, he experienced frequent power outages. That sparked in him a passion for dependable energy systems and the role they play in helping communities grow.

Miraj is now a program manager with our Transmission and Distribution Engineering team in Calgary, Alberta. He partners with utility clients, such as SaskPower, to deliver power projects that both modernize the grid and improve reliability for communities that depend on it daily.

Every day, Miraj helps upgrade transmission lines and shape stronger energy systems for the future. He’s focused on building more resilient communities—one project at a time.
