Meet Kai Krueger, an environmental scientist in our Environment group and based in Perth. Driven by a passion for protecting nature while supporting sustainable development, from auditing leases along Perth’s Swan River to managing sensitive biosecurity work, Kai’s role blends hands-on fieldwork with technical expertise.
Starting his career as a graduate and progressing to an intermediate role, Kai shares how Stantec’s supportive culture and collaborative teams have helped shape his journey. His work spans diverse environments and projects, balancing infrastructure needs with environmental responsibility.
Whether he’s working in the field, collaborating with colleagues, or supporting early-career professionals, his story reflects purpose, teamwork, and making a positive impact through meaningful work.
