As malls continue to face challenges post-pandemic, they offer an opportunity to be reimagined into spaces that serve the needs of their communities

Across North America, developers, planners, and local governments are exploring new ways to repurpose malls—from creating new walkable mixed-use neighborhoods to bringing critical housing supply to communities to health and wellness destinations to serving as micro-distribution hubs—helping to unlock significant economic, social, and environmental benefits.

So, what does the mall of the future look like? Join us for a three-part webinar series with industry experts on how communities and mall owners can take advantage of these sites to address the economic development, equity, and inclusivity challenges facing 21st-century communities.
