Designing around a common metric to reduce emissions

Carbon emissions are directly tied to global climate change. These emissions are a result of the choices society makes in transit but also its approach to buildings, landscaping, and community planning. It is past time for the architecture, design, and engineering industry to refocus its efforts on carbon reduction to avoid irreversible global harm.
