Customer Insight (CI) leverages the eyes and ears of your citizens to detect issues and events, manage community engagement for programs and projects, and quantify the social license to operate. It does this by consuming many novel data sources, such as social media, online news, call log data, and survey results, in combination with Natural Language Processing algorithms specifically designed by Stantec to meet the needs of Municipalities.
