Today, water resource recovery facilities are facing growing pressure. New rules, higher energy costs, and community expectations all demand better results—without increasing costs or emissions. Some facilities also have limited space, which adds to the challenge.
Our teams are exploring new ways to address these issues. We are testing process-intensification approaches that can boost nutrient removal within systems that already exist. These strategies aim to improve downstream water quality while making better use of available space and resources.
