Shannon Bolick joins Stantec’s Buildings group to deliver healthcare projects across California and beyond

Shannon Bolick has joined Stantec—a global architecture, engineering, and consulting firm—as a healthcare principal in the company’s Buildings group. Bolick will work with Stantec’s Sacramento team to win, manage, and deliver projects across the healthcare practice.

With nearly two decades working in the industry, Bolick brings a robust portfolio of design-build experience and in-depth healthcare knowledge. Known for her efficient project delivery, she has regularly managed complex teams and worked on large design-build healthcare projects across Northern California with clients including Sutter Health, UC Davis Health, and Kaiser Permanente.  

A Lean Design-focused professional, Bolick seeks different ways to eliminate waste and streamline the project process, while keeping the patient at the forefront of design. As a project manager, she has been responsible for program validation, detailed design, consultant coordination, and construction documentation. Bolick’s work experience spans different areas of healthcare design, most notably imaging suites, intensive care units, cancer centers, operating rooms, and more.

Bolick is a member of the American Institute of Architects, an Academy of Architecture for Health committee member, and a core team member of the Lean Construction Institute’s Northern California Co-op. She is completing her Associate Design-Build Professional® certification. Bolick is a licensed architect in California.
