Stantec and Tetra Tech, through a joint venture partnership, have been awarded a $60 million, five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contract by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District. The team will support the Risk Management Center on Dam and Levee Safety Projects, providing architecture/engineering services for civil works projects within the United States and its territories.
Under this contract, Stantec and Tetra Tech will provide dam and levee safety engineering and design services, including, but not limited to, geotechnical, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil/site engineering, hydrology, geology, geophysics, seismology, and construction cost estimating. The team will also provide risk analysis services, technical review services, safety assurance reviews, and agency technical reviews as part of the USACE Dam and Levee Safety Programs to ensure public health, safety, and welfare.
“This opportunity is a continuation of a long partnership with the USACE Louisville District to serve as an extension of their staff to improve our nation’s infrastructure and to showcase our expertise in developing long-term resilient solutions.” said Barry Bryant, Stantec senior principal for the Stantec Tetra Tech Joint Venture.
