JP Harvey-Stantec Mentor-Protégé team secures $303 million in federal contracts

The JP Harvey-Stantec Mentor-Protégé team has been awarded five major federal architect-engineering contracts totaling US$303 million. These awards underscore the strength of the partnership formed under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé Program, which pairs JP Harvey Engineering Solutions (protégé) with Stantec (mentor).

The executed contracts include:

• $49 million MATOC for dormitory facilities worldwide, awarded by the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center
• $30 million IDIQ for general architectural and engineering services for Navy and Marine Corps installations, awarded by NAVFAC Washington
• $49 million MATOC for general architectural and engineering services for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) programs, awarded by USACE New York District
• $35 million MATOC for general architectural and engineering services, awarded by USACE Wilmington District
• $140 million MATOC for general architectural and engineering services, awarded by USACE Savannah District

About the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program
Approved in December 2023, the SBA Mentor-Protégé Agreement enables small businesses to partner with larger firms for management, technical, and business development support. As part of the program, the JP Harvey-Stantec team is authorized to pursue contracts as a joint venture entity while maintaining small business eligibility.
