Albany, Western Australia
Welcome to Albany
On the south coast of Western Australia, Albany is a gateway to the Great Southern region and Goldfields, it is surrounded by National Parks, Nature Reserves and boasts a dramatic, rugged coastline.
It has a rich pioneering history that centres around the deep water of King George Sound and a spacious, natural harbour which was a strategic port in wartime, launching our ANZAC troops. The settlement town flourished in the gold rush and was long involved in the whaling trade, turning to wind farming and alternative energy in recent years.
Our office is in one of the many charming colonial buildings typical of Albany, in a city that is a thriving tourist destination. We have played a significant role in raising Albany’s reputation as a destination through essential projects, such as the pedestrian bridge that links the city with the revitalised foreshore and Marina, offering world-class boating facilities.
The people of Albany still retain that pioneering spirit, creating opportunities that are essential to the economy. We work with them to realise those opportunities while preserving the unique history, beauty and charm that will allow Albany to continue to evolve.
