Nowra, Australia

Located on the banks of the Shoalhaven River on traditional Dharawal land, Nowra is a bustling regional town about 160 kilometres south of Sydney. The gorgeous river scenery—and a peaceful bushland setting—are what attract most to our town, and it’s no different for our people!

We enjoy working on projects that enhance the local community and understand the importance of the balance between development and protecting what we already have. We’re especially proud of our work on Nowra Bridge—which will provide a new four-lane bridge over the Shoalhaven River, but also retain the original, heritage-listed Nowra Bridge (built in 1881), repurposed for pedestrian use. Just as the local community requested.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing first-hand how our work can enrich the lives of our locals as well as visitors to Nowra and surrounding areas. It’s the very reason why we are so committed to community development.
