Welcome to Tampa
Our office is located in the heart of downtown Tampa. The projects we’ve worked on have helped restore and enhance the City’s heritage, while demonstrating our commitment to the community in which we live and work.
Throughout the Tampa Bay region, we’ve worked on iconic designs that are reshaping the City, like Tampa’s Waterfront District, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, the Florida Aquarium expansion, Tampa Cruise Terminal 3, the University of South Florida’s CAMLS and College of Medicine and Heart Institute, and more. The list keeps growing!
We’ve been named Best Engineering Firm from NAIOP’s Best of the Best Awards twice, and our commitment to the local community was a deciding factor in this selection. From our long-term commitment to Metropolitan Ministries to our partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning on their Hockey by the Numbers program and annual scholarships, we’re committed to enriching our City’s future.
