Santa Fe, New Mexico
Welcome to Santa Fe
The “City Different”, Santa Fe blends western, Mexican and Pueblo culture, creating an artistic community and the state capital. It is the oldest capital city in the United States, having been a capital city for Spanish and Mexican governors before the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo in 1848.
What Santa Fe offers in art, culture, history and entertainment, it lacks in water. Our team supported Santa Fe County in the negotiation of an Operating Agreement for the Pojoaque Basin Regional Supply System. The project consists of surface water diversion facilities on the Rio Grande, along with treatment, transmission, storage, and distribution facilities, which will ultimately supply up to 4,000 acre-feet of water annually to local and regional water users. The water system is a significant element to an Indian Water Rights settlement that ended the longest running litigation in United States history
As professionals, we follow performance standards to do what is right for our people, clients and the environment.
